Gummy Bear Factor
I run an pneumatic gun building semi-tractors 8 hours a day, my hands, elbows, and shoulders take a beating every day. Before taking Green Roads Gummy Bears/Suave my hands-knuckles were in constant pain. I take a gummy and rub CBD suave on my hands before going to bed, it makes an unbelievable difference! Nerve Pain Relief
I have been taking one 10 mg gummy per day to reduce the discomfort I have from sciatica and back pain. On some days, I will take two gummies. I have found a reduction in discomfort by doing this and will continue with the gummies. They are an easy and convenient way to take CBD at the proper dosage level.

Exactly what I needed...
I was looking for something to help me relax and help me sleep. I have some stress in my life so my sleep was problematic; I was waking up every couple of hours and having bad dreams. One Relax Bear gummy an hour or two before bed fixed that. Now that my sleep is better, the days are much better.

Effective,but short lived
These gummies work great for bedtime or if you're just trying to relax for a second, they kick in within 20 minutes, but only last about an hour and a half. It would be a good idea to use these in conjunction with a long lasting pill, because the pills take about 2 hours to kick in.
